WHAT TO EXPECT

What to Expect

The foundational phase is crucial for exploring current nutrition and exercise habits, with a focus on building positive changes. I will provide clients with calculated macros to help achieve balance, especially for those who have been undereating. Clients will learn to track food, balance their macros, and gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and fitness. As they progress, they’ll show consistency in tracking their intake, meeting their macros, and completing their exercise routines.

After completing phase one, the client transitions to the maintenance phase, where they apply their knowledge & experience to the strength phase. They focus on consistently meeting their macros and using progressive overload in resistance training to build lean body mass. The client will also improve sleep, digestion, & biofeedback, while developing a positive relationship with food, seeing it as nourishment rather than labeling it as good or bad. We will also address negative mindsets like "all or nothing" thinking.

This stage is where the results of your hard work begin to show. The client focuses on increasing activity and lowering calories to create a fat-burning calorie deficit. Through adjustments in both exercise and nutrition, the client fine-tunes habits for sustainable fat loss and visible progress, gaining a better understanding of how their body responds to these changes.

In this last phase, the client will have successfully completed their goals related to physical appearance, having made significant progress toward their desired body composition. With these goals achieved, the focus now shifts to transitioning out of the fat loss phase and into a maintenance phase. This process involves gradually increasing caloric intake, specifically by slowly raising their macros, to bring their body back to a sustainable maintenance level
